One of those grain free gourmet books has a very nice

strawberry shortcake recipe.

Carrot kugel isn't properly a cake. It's meant to be a side

dish at a meal.

Look here for strawberry shortcake. I was going to make it but my yogurt didn t

turn out... Kids were bummed.

If you have the cookbook, " Cooking to Heal Little Tummies, " it has a recipe for

strawberry cupcakes/cake. Also, there is a yummy looking recipe for strawberry
