Guest guest
Holly, Yes this can happen. Take a few days rest and then use a small squeeze (just a couple of drops) of the lemon in water (maybe warm water) This happened to me too. Jodi > > I had my first glass of lemon water this morning (used half a lemon). About an hour or so later, I had some cramping and a bout of D. I haven't had cramps in a very long time, and don't usually have D. Is this a typical reaction when one starts drinking lemon water? Or do I assume my body doesn't like it, and stop? > > Holly > Crohn's > SCD 12/01/08 >
Guest guest
Glad to know I'm not a weirdo ;-). I'll try again in a couple days with less lemon. OT...my bird was sitting on my shoulder when I had the lemon water. She leaned her down for a drink. I was sure she would do her head shake and gag (her reaction to something " yucky " ), but she kept dipping in for more. Maybe she wants to do a liver cleanse too :-) Holly Crohn's SCD 12/01/08 > > Holly, > > Yes this can happen. > Take a few days rest and then use a small squeeze (just a couple of drops) of the lemon in water (maybe warm water) > > This happened to me too. > > Jodi
