Guest guest
Peggy...I was reading your post to Ellen and noticed your email address does not show the centurylink.net... Do you have a new address or is the yahoo.com the active one?? MamaSher; 71, IPF 3-2006, OR.Don't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Re: Peggy Hi Ellen, I am so glad you have hospice. They are wonderful. I do not hesitate to use any and all drugs given me IF NEEDED. Sounds like you had a few scary days.. I am truly sorry. It is sometimes just not fair but then I say 'Why NOT me"???? I do stay pretty up beat and don't have many down times. sometimes I think something must be wrong with me when I am ask by so many what I take to help me.. the most important thing in my life is my faith in God, I do have peace and strength to go through this battle. I too know we will have a great Christmas. I hope the BEST EVER for you.Oh yes I wanted to comment on who, where, when.. I go with the help of my husband EVERYWHERE and ANYWHERE i want. He is very good to load the car with tanks and take me out shopping ( not so much anymore) or anywhere I want to go. I have a wheelchair that holds a tank on the back and a double tank cart (Thank You Beth)So I can be gone about three hours with that..I call the shots in my life.. I wouldn't know anything else.. I am so stinking independent.poor . but he loves me so we work it out. I'm sorry I am rambling.. Much Love, Peggy Florida, IPF 2004 >> > Peggy,> > A week ago Wed 4 Nov I ended up in the OSU ER again. my Satch was 38, when I think of it I don't know how I made that, but I did. They did get my satch up, flew me to a room, with 3 IV's, no veins would cooperate but they got them by gum, believe me I am not complaining, they saved my life. I made the decision - no more Chemo. Hopsice stepped in and that was all she wrote. Wonderful, Wonderul , I can't say that enough. I feel 100% better, I am breathing better and I have the best damn drugs you will find out about from you Hospice. Please make sure you take the med's, they are not there to keep you drugged, they are there to keep you confortable with your breathing, since I was in the hospital they started me on a routine hoping it would work on me. It did, so I was able to go home and be cared for here and not some ficility. Peggy, you will feel so much better, please do everything they suggest. I will be thinking about you, please do not hesitate to ask me anything, I am open to discussion on anything you wan't to discuss. I say.............. you and I are going to have a very merry Christmas.> > Prays are in my heart for you.> > ellen>
