OT - No longer need Eurocuisine Yogurt Maker if you need one

I finally got an Excalibur from Lucy's kitchen. I just made my first batch of

yogurt. It stayed at a perfect 102 even all day yesterday when it was 80 outside

and I had the house open and no A/C on. I love it.

So that leaves me with a Eurocuisine yogurt maker (makes 7, 7oz jars at a time)

with a dimmer switch and some extra jars that I no longer need(though I lost 7

of the tops by overboiling them just to find out I didn't need to boil them

because I could ferment the yogurt with the lids off. GRRRR). (When I make 2

batches back to back, I would put plastic wrap over the jars when I put them in

the fridge and would recycle the tops to bring the yogurt out of the house.)

It's a great starter yogurt maker, but kind of a pain because you have to make

yogurt every 2 days in it and it's difficult to drip because you have to empty

the jars into something else. Someone on the list had purchased a 2 quart

container that fit in their's but I haven't been able to find one. Albeit, I

didn't look very hard (just at Wal Mart/Dollar store). So if you could find a

container that would fit, the yogurt making would be so much easier.

I will give it away with all the jars if you'll pay COD... just let me know if

you're interested.

I live right outside of Baton Rouge, LA if you want to meet somewhere.
