" Many non-citizens mistakenly believe that the new law means that HIV is no longer an impediment to traveling to the U.S. or becoming a permanent resident. The statutory ban has been replaced with an administrative ban, and those affected need to be aware of how this affects them. " Know your rights and help spread the word about this important event.
