I went to the GI health website looking for the non-dairy yogurt starter

" ProGurt " suggested on both Elaine's website and pecanbread.com, however they

now have a non-dairy starter called " GI ProStart " which has L. Bulgaricus, S.

Thermophilus and L. Casei. The first two check out on Elane's website, but is L.

Casei okay?

I'm planning on making goat yogurt since I have oral thrush and assume it would

be a safer choice for me. If that doesn't work out I could try cashew, almond or

coconut milk yogurt, although I believe those are all more advanced. I'm taking

SCDophilus but would prefer to have some kind of yogurt in my diet. I am able to

eat cultured organic butter without any problems.

Thanks,
