Guest guest
I have sent an e-mail to Miss Roben's but I need an answer ASAP. Have any of you made bread from a mix from Miss Roben's and not used the yeast packet? Did you simply omit it or did you change anything (additional ingredient, temperature or time)? I am clueless and want some bread for tonight. Also, I have asked several times but have had no reply. Does a Cuisinart work to mix in? I don't want to buy another appliance if I don't have to (no room or money) but if that is what's necessary, I will.
Guest guest
, All our breads are designed to work equally well without the yeast packet with no additions or changes (we have already accounted for them). I am not very familiar with Cusinarts for mixing doughs. I know Carol fenster does though with success. I guess the final call is how easily the motor can get through the batter to blend it well and will it incorporate the requisite air bubbles you want when blending GF bread doughs. Hope this helps. PS Our online (and after hours) tech support should be up shortly! Jay
