I have a question on the measuring of the common channel Lap vs Open.

A patient of Dr Elinary(sp) mentioned he leaves 100cm common channel

versus most open leave a 75cm common channel. She mentioned when

they measure it lapasopic the intestine is not streched like when

they measure it on an open. I hope this makes sense any

clarification would be helpful. Is a 100 cm lap the same as 75 open

cm channel

Also Dr Rabkins patients do you have a 100 or 75 cm common channel.
