I have said this a few times now, but I really hope I do as well as you have. Your experiences and your outlook have been so helpful to me. Anytime I start to get nervous I think about you and feel better. My family and friends are used to me referring to you when I give examples of life with DS. I can't thank you enough. Guest guest
I am 9 months post-op, with 150 pounds to lose, I have lost 115 which is 76% of my excess weight. This is with no dieting, just living life normally. I have another 35 or so pounds to lose, and a year to do it in, I weight 174, but if I never lost another pound I would still be happy with what I have now. Teri > Hi- I have read so many reports on what percentage of excess weight > we can lose with DS. I was wondering for those post-ops who are 1 > year or more out...about what percentage did you lose? 75%? More or > less? Just wondering. > > Thanks > >
