got on the scale this morning....

and i had lost another 10 lbs this past week! i couldn't believe it. i'll

be 12 weeks out tomorrow and i have lost 80 lbs! this is a dream! it just

doesn't seem real to me yet. thank god for the DS surgery.

i am so happy for you!! congratulations on the big

loss!! i got on the scale this morning & i've lost 49

pounds total!! the last few weeks it's been 1 or 2

lbs a week which is just fine with me!! i went to a

support group meeting on thursday night - diana has

left the lifeshape program. dr booth was there to

explain that the clinic will no longer be known as

lifeshape - i can't remember exactly what he said the

new name would be. but diana wanted to get back into

the operating room. her replacement is a lady named

shirley who seemed nice!! it'll be 3 months for me

next week and time for my check-up. i've tried very

hard to get my protein and water in each day so i hope

my blood work looks good!!
