Guest guest Posted May 25, 2010 Report Share Posted May 25, 2010 I've been noticing that a lot of salt has stuff added...for example the salt packets I have at my desk at work have sodium silicoaluminate (an anti-caking agent), dextrose, and potassium iodide.IIRC, Elaine said that dextrose in iodized salt was okay because the iodine was more important than the little bit of dextrose.
