Guest guest Posted April 27, 2010 Report Share Posted April 27, 2010 I am a speech pathologist. When I do not have lollipops on hand, I use flavored tongue depressors or gloves by Super Duper Inc. As another alternative, pending your child's age, you can tell them they have a magic finger (which is their index finger) and they can use this in place of the lollipop to help with tongue positioning for sounds.
