Guest guest
Noooo, I wouldn't waste the starter, etc. to make yogurt with soured or almost soured milk. You'd be better off trying to do nut or coconut yogurt or taking acidolpholus pills. Maybe someone knows if powdered milk is legal? I've thought about doing that but I can only find low-fat and I hate the low fat version. If Oak Farms wasn't made here and easy to get to, I'd be in trouble. Good luck, better safe than sorry imho. Debbie 41 cd sorry guys, but thanks. can't get more milk til tomorrow night and really want to get a batch going :(and my tempermental fridge either freezes the food on the top shelf, or doesn't keep things cold enough (time to set it back to sometimes freezing!!) Thanks!!
