New Fundraising/Scholarship brochures ready

FYI Everyone -

The new RSS/SGA fundraising/scholarship brochures are printed and in

the hands of the MAGIC Chicago office.

As a reminder, these pamphlets have photos of several of our

beautiful RSS/SGA kids; the pamphlet explains what RSS/SGA is, what

the convention is, and why it is so important for families to attend.

The pamphlet has a tear off donation form on the back.

1) You, as a family, can choose to fundraise monies to pay your OWN

way to the convention. You can ask MAGIC for whatever quantity of

pamphlets you need. On the back, you write your OWN name on the

line that says " Yes, I would like my donation to go to a specific

family: "

You then hand out the pamphlets to family and friends and church

members, etc. These people can make donations that are TAX-

DEDUCTIBLE to MAGIC, in your name. MAGIC tracks the donations,

deposits them, keeps a tally for you in a database, and sends out a

tax deduction receipt and a thank you note. MAGIC removes 10% for

administration and then after the convention, you turn in any

receipts for transportation, registration, etc. meals, blah blah and

we can reimburse you out of the monies. If you are interested in

2) You can also get a copy of the brochure (we will be mailing them

to all in our database) and send in a donation to the General

Scholarship Fund, to send other families to the convention.
