Cigna help! Exclusion: only covered if surgery first...

Does anyone have any expertise in their Cigna appeals? Their standard policy

online looks like my son would be covered, but my particular policy has an

exclusion where his DOC band would only be covered if he had surgery first. My

pediatrician says there is no surgery...obviously I'd rather have my child in a

DOC band for a few months than have skull surgery anyways!

I need to know what diagnosis codes would be covered. Cranial Tech diagnosed

him with plagio and brachy and some torticollis.

Any letters or tips would be appreciated!!
