Guest guest
Ellen, I've been thinking about you. Rest when ever you need to because chemo can really run you down. I'm glad OSU is good, My experiance is the oncology people are some of the most compassionate people. > > > Dyane, > > > > Just thought I would let you know that I went to my first Chemo treatment at Ohio State Univ (OSU)?on thursday. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I am not sick yet, just fatigued, and this is Sat. The nurse was wonderful, she as the Dr said, I may not get severe reactions because the chemo drug is not as toxic as some. I know the feeling, I'm half way through the latest afghan and have orders for 2 more. Some day I'm gonna make another one JUST FOR ME! Hand it there, God Bless Dyane Phoenix, ipf 02 > > > > OSU has been so good to me, the care and kindness I have received really helps when you are feeling mentally and physically bad.?I hope this helps my breating. The Dr explained that shrinking the tumor will not help the fibrosis, it may as it is shrinking give me a little more room for air, and that is all I am asking for, a little more air flow and to stay stablized for a little while.? I am not afraid to go on, just not quite ready yet.? I have crocheting to get done and needle felting projects to finish!!!!!!!!! > > > > Thanks for listening. > > > > ellen >
