Guest guest
Tina, Just to let you know, when we started told us that Dillon would probably be in it for three or four months. They can't really predict how much your baby will grow during the time they are wearing the helmet. They are only estimating the time they think it will take. If hasn't given you his cell phone number yet, he will. And feel free to call him anytime you have redness or other issues. He really is great to work with. One thing that I do suggest is when you go to get Ava's helmet, you should try putting it on and taking it off while you are in the office. will likely make several adjustments. He will put it on and take it off several times. Getting it on right is not as easy as it looks. :-) We went back after a few days only to find out we weren't putting it far enough down on Dillon's forehead. Best wishes, and if you have any questions, this is a great place to ask them. Finally, some words of encouragement: People around here are much more accepting than I thought they would be. I figured that I would get tons of questions and wierd looks, but only two people ever asked me why he wore it and they were both very polite. -Noel mom to Dillon (Hanger helmet July - August 2008) > > > > My daughter was born with plagiocephaly.
