OT: do you have a creamy mushroom soup recipe?

I found a great looking recipe for zucchini tuna casserole but it calls for a

can o cram of mushroom soup. Ive found a couple dairy and soy free recipes but

before I spend all that time making something that may or may not work I wabnted

to see if any of you had a recipe.

CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 3 T. butter1 onion, diced½ lb. portobello or button mushrooms, sliced 1 C. chicken broth½ C. SCD yogurtsalt and pepper to taste Sauté onions in butter until brown. Add mushrooms and continue to sauté until mushrooms are softened. Blend with immersion blender until mostly smooth. You want to leave some bits of mushroom. Add broth and salt and pepper. Stir until blended and then add yogurt. Freezes well.

Yep. I have recipes for a bunch of cream soups.

I'm too lazy to dig them out at 1a, so remind me tomorrow.
