Guest guest
We are torn. Please give your opinion/advice. My son was banded 6 weeks ago (he just turned 6 months on Oct 15th). He had " moderate " plagio. His head looks amazing. Today at our appointment we wanted to be done. Our ortho said he would do some measuring but that it was still early. Well, his cephalic ratio is now 3.3 (within normal limits) and his diagonal asymmetry is now 4.9mm. Our ortho still wants to continue. I want to be DONE! His head looks great, our ortho said his goal is perfection... my goal is normalcy. now sleeps on his tummy and plays on his tummy- Im not really concerned with regression. My husband says we should do what the expert says. To me, before the measurements he sounded like the measurement would speak for themselves, but when they came back normal he seemed to be back tracking to convince us to continue. Or maybe I just heard what I wanted to hear. Anyone have any comments? thanks!
