Guest guest
I've heard of it, but never tried it. We have a Trader Joes about 10 minutes from here. Isn't it the greatest store? We also have Whole Foods Market about 6 minutes in the other direction. I can buy what I need no matter where I am heading! I'm allergic to peanuts and cashews. I'd like to try the almond butter myself. Sounds good. Jodi Z

Guest guest
Hi , When my son was young, like 2, I gave him almond butter everyday. I mixed in a bowl with water so it wasn't so thick and he ate it with a spoon. If you can buy raw not roasted, I don't know if Trader Joe makes a raw almond butter. Roasted probably tastes better but raw is nutritionally better. Cashew butter also might be an option. A cashew is not as nutritionally stong as an almond but if your looking for fat and calories it might be a way to go too.
