WEll, I think that it is considered pretty 'normal' to be within a 10 lbs (on

average) of one's 'ideal weight'... and it isn't totally uncommon to regain

some weight (I would estimate about 10 lbs at most). What we DON'T know is

--- was this person at a lower weight than ideal to begin with and then

gained back as a kind of 'stabilization' and the body 'needed' to have that

extra weight in actuality?

Sometimes people can lose a lot and actually go 'below' their body's natural

ideal... If she keeps gaining, then I would think it definately is something

to be looked into. However, to gain anywhere up to 10 lbs after getting to

the lowest point isn't so surprising, I think....

Also, she is directly contradicting herself by saying that one has to be very

'diligent about eating habits and exercise' so as not to put weight back on,

but claims that she gained a whopping 14 lbs despite her doing such diligent

things????? I think that, if this is true, it could very well be that she

was below her ideal weight and the 14 lbs that she 'gained back' was only her

body's natural way of getting back into a 'healthy holding pattern'. If she

wasn't eating healthily and exercising,t hen perhaps I think the gain could

be attributed to this.

I was thinking about this post and think the same thing. If I gain back 10%

of what I lost that would be 10 pounds. Now I don't really want to gain

this, but if I did I wouldn't be totally surprised. The ds is noted to have

little (average 8 pounds) to no late weight regain. Of course average

means that there are some that have more and some that have less.

I wonder if she had a different version? 10' is not standard; 100cm

is 3'3 " . Sounds more like a short-limb DS. Is there such a thing?
