Guest guest
, Pancreatic cancer is something that would be common for the RNYer, not for the DSer as we have our pyloric valve intact and they dont. But cancer doesnt seem to surface for about 20 yrs.....(If I remember right) Judie
Guest guest
is there proof of this.......you say it like its ok?! Dont take that the wrong way....but when you say common.........how common.......do you have a percentage of people that get pancreais cancer from having the surgery done RNY? Thanks........now Im paranoid. LOL>>>> No need to be paranoid unless you are planning to have the RNY. As far as common goes, its been found, I understand, only in the RNY patient and not in the DSers. There are others on this site who have posted this information in the past.....
