My son stopped drinking milk when he was two and we tried every trick

we knew to make it drink it. :o)

Now that he is gfcf (almost three years later, and now 6 months in

the diet), I do not worry about it anymore, and I only use it for

cooking.

But he has always been drinking tea, juice and water. How about

diluting his milk with a milk sub? Start with like 2 tbsps of milk

sub in his one cup of milk? then increase the dose slowly until he

will no longer know what milk tastes like?

I know that coconut milk is another alternative for example; but

there are tons of different choices. One good one is dari-free, which

is a potato based milk in the powder form.

I do not use soy milk, b/c I try to avoid soy anyway, so those are

the alternatives, besides rice milks and almond milks.

Hope this helps.
