Good question! I would just ask outright for it, tell her that you would feel

better doing something about it than nothing at all. And if she won't write it,

go get a second opinion elsewhere. I did go to another ped and it seemed to help

that he was seeing it from a fresh perspective and was willing to write the

script for me.
