Thanks PJ,

I think I will stay away from all seasonings for a while!

After not much sleep last night I woke this morning feeling surprisingly better

until I ate 2 eggs (over easy) for breakfast. Then the pain started coming back,

both fibro pain and pain in my colon. Does anyone know what to do right after a

flare? Should I just eat the chicken soup today, or just broth? Does anyone know

what might help me through this without starving myself?

Thanks,

there can be other things added to them. One of the ingredients listed is

" spices " and that is pretty generic, so it could be anything.

I made the same mistake with the Old Bay…coming from

Baltimore and all…home of Chesapeake Blue Crabs and all…and

McCormick Spice…did I mention world-famous crab cakes?

As far as what to eat, stick to soft, easy to digest foods for a

few days, IMO, like gelatin, bone broth soups (puree back in the veggies and

meat – it makes a sort of cream of whatever soup, without the cream), add

some butter or coconut oil to your bowls of soup. Can you eat the yogurt?

Smoothies? Ripe banana? Avocado?

I would try eggs at a later date. Hang in there!
