OK, I have another dumb question here. Sorry everyone.

But what is the big difference between reg salt and sea salt? What is in

regular salt that isn't good for us?

Thanks again

Hi all,

I am thinking about switching to sea salt. Is there anything that I need to

know before I go out and buy some?

Do you use it same as regular salt?

Also, I know that the Neutrogena shampoo is GFCF, but does any one know if the

conditioner is GFCF too?

Thanks,

April

Inaddittion to having additives that are not healthy, I forgot their

names, it can also have corn starch without listing it, which for us

is an infraction because corn causes even more of a severe reaction

than wheat!

It comes in iodized and non iodized, if either is an issue for you.

I do, because Hain Sea Salt looks and behaves like regular salt. If I had a

brand that was big and grainy, well no, I wouldn't use it like regular salt.
