Reading the restaurant thread I just remembered: very happy to be able to

report that the french fries at the Outback Steakhouse (specifically, the

one near South Center mall in Tukwilla) are GFCF, and cooked in their own

dedicated oil (vegetable)/fryer. The waiter was very nice and didn't mind

going back to the kitchen with all my questions. I don't know if this can be

generalized to ALL of the Outback's, but this one for sure, for anyone in

the Seattle/King County area. I didn't ask about anything else there because

Josh wouldn't want to eat anything else. They were very clear about how and

where all the things were cooked so I felt confident about the fries and

Josh didn't react. Don't bother with the Keg, everything is cooked in the

same oil there.
