Hi ,

I have not heard of this before. Maybe some one else has.

Can you ask your son to let him get his shots in his butt for a few

days and see if the tremors stop.

After that, maybe try some daily push ups to build his arm strength.

It may be related to low muscle tone.

Just a couple of thoughts, I hope it helps.
