My son had this and in addition would get burning rashes frequently.

He was casein free for a year (and I did notice other differences),

but when I finally took gluten away 2 months ago, the red ring never

came back and he hasn't had ANY rashes.

My NT daughter also has this and I just took gluten away this week

(she never had casein), so I will see if it improves.

They say it takes a long time for the differences to be noticed when

you go gluten free (about 6 mo or so). Some kids maybe sooner, but I

have definitely noticed a major difference in the BM department. Even

the frequency changed from 3-4 times per day to 1 time per day.
