Where did you find the black bean pasta?

After a frustrating afternoon trying to find almond flour - all there is in So.Maine is Bob's Red Mill. I don't want that. I did find Mung Bean Pasta and Black Bean Pasta both are gluten free too - they only have the bean and sea salt.

Where do you buy your almond flour online?Where do I find safe acidopholis?Where do I find yogurt starter? Can you get casein free starter?Also, anyone have a pain/discomfort under their right lung - down low? Is this maybe where I have the most inflammation? I have abnormal inflammation throughout my colon and small intestines. They still don't know if it's crohns or colitis or IBD with my celiac too. My GI wants my D. to stop and for me to have solid stools - well, I;ve been wanting that for over 8yrs!!!

Mung beans are illegal.

 

SCD acidolpholus pills are found at scdiet.net, digestive wellness and maybe Lucy's Kitchen Shoppe.

 

Some Whole Foods have yogourmet yogurt starter (read the label and make sure it's the one without bifidus) and Lucy's Kitchen Shoppe carries it.  Not sure about casein-free.  You can also check amazon.com and another place but I've never used it so someone else will have to send a link (GI Pro-something?).  It has a non-dairy starter.

 

It's early yet, results sometimes happen overnight but not always.  It takes some people a long time to heal. I think it depends on where you start.  Since you are still finding resources for the diet, just remember it's better to go slow.  Almond flour and beans are considered advanced to most people.  You may not tolerate it this soon.  Make sure you cook, peel and deseed all fruits and vegetables.

 

Amazon.com has a program and for a fee and you don't pay shipping as long as it's shipped from Amazon and not a third party.  It renews once a year.  We do that and it's kind of nice to put some things on auto-ship or find items not available in stores. (No affiliation with amazon.com, just saying...).  But Lucy has a good deal imho on the yogurt starter because it's a case so you'll have it at home when you need it.

I'm pretty sure that the black bean pasta is illegal too, isn't it? Because we

don't know if the beans were prepared the right way (soaked for 24 hours, rinsed

and then cooked).

I wanted to mention that when I was on 6MP I was supposed to be very aware of

pain on my right side, just under my rib cage as it could be a sign that my

liver was going toxic. Sooo...if you're on 6MP you should probably get it

checked out really soon. If you're not and it's really bothering you it might

still be a good idea to get checked out.
