Guest guest
Please forward to all of your colleagues! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Dear Friends: The North Carolina Community Health Center Association invites you to register for the 21st East Coast Migrant Stream Forum! The Forum will be held on October 23-25, 2008 at the Providence Biltmore Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island. The East Coast Migrant Stream Forum is a regional conference that is dedicated to improving health outcomes and health care delivery to migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families along the east coast. It was created for health care providers, outreach and front-line staff that are employed by federally-funded Migrant and Community Health Centers. Since its inception, the conference has grown into a training venue for staff from a variety of health, social and legal agencies that serve and advocate for farmworkers. There are still rooms available at the conference rate of $179.00+ tax or $209 + tax for junior suites. Call the hotel directly at: 401-421-0700 and ask for the East Coast room block. In line with this year’s theme “Protecting Our Earth, Protecting Farmworkers”, the conference is doing its best to “GO GREEN” therefore no hard copy registration brochures will be mailed out. Don’t worry though; you can still view the brochure on our website at www.ncchca.org (under events). Here you will find all updated information including registration! You can choose to register online or download and submit a completed form to us. Late registration begins September 19, 2008. To make it a little easier click on the links below! 1.)
