Guest guest
If your child's head came up in the back on one side, is that the side that had the little covered area, so that it would push the bone back down?? My son has the higher side on the left, yet the covered area is on the right, which is not the area with the raised bone. Even the orthotic owner said that he was going to question the person who created the helmet about this. Thanks for any input. Instead this doc. instantly recommended pt for torticolis (which was a new discovery for us) and then cranial manipulation to correct the shape of his head. This sort of manipulation just sounds like it has some really bad mojo to me! But my husband is all for it. I am in the midst of researching it right now. Can anyone lend me any info. on this sort of procedure. Is it good? bad? or ugly?>If you are referring to taking your child to a chiropractor I would also like to hear if anyone has had experience with alternative treatments such as this. Specifically if they did cracking or just treat certain target points. My husband does not prefer this field of medicine at all but it's worth exploring all options. I am curious how others feel. It's one thing for an adult but on a baby? I'm very hesitant.
