I think there is a mix up in terminology. Typically a PPO is the insurance

company. A PCP is your primary care physician.

Hi Carole, I must have misunderstood your previous note. It wouldn't be hard

to list PPO drs at all. I thought you meant by listing PPO you would be

listing those that pay for the surgery, whereas not all PPO plans pay for it.

Sorry for my misunderstanding.
