Not sure where to start. First how did you do the fundraiser? What about the Dr

being involved. And what is a feeding tube, My daughter Tori was diagnoised with

RSS in Dec.2001 she is 5now and we are finally going to see Dr Harbison.

Weight gain & thank you for Indy fundraiser

First of all, Abby has gained even more weight and inches...After

three weeks of a feeding tube Abby has gained 2 pounds and 3 1/2

inches. WOW!!!! Needlesss to say we are pleased with our decision

to move forward with the tube. Abby has more energy than ever now

and I do not with the pregnancy these days so we are clashing a

little bit.

Secondly, I would like to personally thank Katy Frissora and

s for coming to Indianapolis this past weekend for the

fundraiser (dinner & silent auction). Words cannot describe my

appreciation of them taking time away from their own families to be

with us. I truly enjoyed meeting and getting to know each one of

them. (Jenn Salem you are on deck for next year which promises to

be even bigger than this year, we are setting the date yet this week

for next year)

I would also like to thank le, Coby's mom; le,

Datreon's mom; and Lindsey, Jack's mom, for participating in the

event on Sunday evening. Up until Sunday I had only the opportunity

to talk on the phone with these mothers and it was such a joy to

finally meet them and their boys. Jack was the smiley boy the

minute he walked in. Coby was very active and Datreon was the quite

little boy. Thank you so much ladies for being there with your

families.

Brief update on how things went...We had over 180 people attending

the event and raised (I believe, still working on final numbers)

around $8000. For a first time event put together in three months

that is fantastic. Next year will be bigger and better. One of

Abby's doctors and his wife are already working on next year. His

plan is to have several medical companies he works with sponsor the

event. He is very excited to embrace RSS locally and make this

event bigger year after year.

I hope we can meet all of you at the convention. and Katy are

trying hard to talk us into going even though our new baby will be

three weeks old. They have some convincing to do.

second, WOW!!! what a great job you did on the dinner!! i hope we
