I had an irregular heartbeat, jumped sometimes to 165. And it sometimes did that seemingly for no reason, while I was sitting in a recliner. So I went to a cardio guy who ran some tests and put me on a very low daily dose of Metoprolol, I believe it is, and I've not had a problem since. They think I'm maybe a year or so away from a pacemaker and I go back every six months unless there are anymore problems.
