Flair! need encouragement.. :(

i have been on SCD strict for just over a year. I am having a flair. i have had

it since Thursday. The only thing that i ingested that was not SCD Legal was an

accidental dose of store brand Tylenol that was labled " ICE " i didnt relize it

till i swallowed it and couldnt get it back up. the next day... Flair. it is

very bad. urgency and blood. Could two little capsules do this to me?

i am back on the Intro diet now and am wondering how long till i should see

improvement? Any experienced SCD comments and encouragement would be so

appreciated... Have i undone all the hard work i have done over the past year
