I have an egg cooker that I bought from Bed, Bath and Beyond. It cooks 7

eggs to perfection. You can cook them hard boiled, soft boiled or poached.

The cooker does it all. You don't have to pay attention at all. I use this

often because the eggs are a good source of protein for my kids. It's an

easy lunch to throw the eggs in the cooker , peel, then add gfcf mayo for egg

salad or serve the eggs plain.

Kitchen gadgets to me are being selfish. Anything that makes cooking

quicker and faster gives me more time to focus on myself. Time to me

is more valuable than new clothes or fancy nails.
