Hello ,

I just wanted to let everyone know that if you are interested in receiving an

information packet from the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, just send me your

mailing information to ls_pulmonaryfibrosis@.... We have a great handbook

that has a lot of information and a quarterly newsletter that we send out.

We are really trying to raise awareness about this disease. There are a lot of

projects in the works....Pulmonary fibrosis has to become visible. Everyone

should know what it is because it can happen to anyone at anytime. A couple of

the current projects are Blue Shirt Friday - the brain child of Jan Orndorff,

President off The Pulmonary Fibrosis Association of Texas and a pulmonary

fibrosis patient herself. We are still working on some logistic issues but hope

to be unveiling the shirts very very soon. We offer a wristband that you can

order and pass out to your family and friends:

discussed will help raise awareness and be a helpful guide to newly diagnosed

patients.

These are just a few of the projects that are going on and we continue to move

forward. We, as patients, can help raise awareness. It's time to mobilize the

troops! Let's harness this energy and help get pulmonary fibrosis the attention

it deserves.
