Guest guest
General rule is 2 days from when you eat it. For me, I am pretty "regular" when I use the bathroom and it's first thing in the morning even though it's like 8 times in a row... ok, TMI! Anyway, i'm able to tell in the morning if I ate something that i'm reacting to because that's the only time I go, so for me.. it's 24 hours. You'll eventually know how long it takes for you after you've eaten something that doesn't agree with you. For now, i'd wait 2 days to be safe.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 8 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 12 pills a day Prednisone 40mg entocort With vit E mixed inBack to intro/stage 1 for now.To: BTVC-SCD From: tamrakat@...Date: Fri, 7 May 2010 01:40:24 +0000Subject: First teaspoon of 24-hour goat yogurt My first 24-hour goat yogurt seems to have turned out okay :-) and I tried one teaspoon this morning. How long might it be before I know if I'm having a bad reaction? I'm feeling fine so far (at 6:30pm) and it hasn't increased my oral thrush (yet!). Would it be more like tomorrow morning? It tasted good so I'm really hoping I can eat it. Tamra in Gilroy SCD Day 61 LDN Day 237 Hotmail is redefining busy with tools for the New Busy. Get more from your inbox. See how.
