I took my daughter to a pediatric opthamologist because one of her eyes appeared

to be a differnt size than the other. The opthamologist used a camera like

machine to get a reading on her vision and than dialated her pupils and used

various lenses and lights to check her vision. I don't totally undsrstand what

she did since I don't have vision problems. I think she was looking at how they

eyes wer reacting. After that she was able to write a perscription. She said

her vision would be about 20/70. Hope that helps.

can not get over the change in her head. Yesterday she got her glasses. She is

very far sighted and needs them ASAP. Do you think it is ok to leave her helmet

off while she adjusts to the glasses? We are going on Friday to get her helmet

adjusted for the glasses. I figured I would leave her helmet on for naps and

sleep which would be about 16 hours a day. This would only be for 2 days. Any

guidance would be great!!
