Occupational Health Programs

Hello everyone,

I am looking for literature on the design, development,

implementation, and evaluation of existing farmworker occupational

health programs. Any information, literature, or leads would be

helpful. I am particularly curious about whether any programs have

aimed to change not only at the occupational health and safety

behaviors of farmworkers, but also the behaviors of the people who

influence the work environment (ie: growers, supervisors, crew

leaders, policy makers, etc).

Also, I am looking for any occupational health studies that utilize an

eco-social perspective (from Social Medicine) to analyze the causes of

disproportionate occupational morbidity among farmworkers in the

United States.
