Guest guest
Terri, I found something in the GNC dept at Rite Aid today called Nourish Hair. It was tablets. I was actually thinking that I was looking for a shampoo so I didnt buy it cause I thought it must not be the same thing. Now in re-reading your post I see you say its a vitamin. I think the gal said it was something like 8.99 a bottle. Is that about what you pay? I also bought some viactive D and K. I have the hardest time swallowing pills so thought I'd try them. Do you think these are as effective as the calcium Dr. Hess tells us to take? They are sure alot more pleasant to take...actually taste pretty good. They were around $8.00 for a box of 60 and the box says to eat 3 a day. That would give me 1500 mg of calcium I believe. Does anyone know if these things are available cheaper anywhere online or in any stores? Maybe cheaper at walmart but I dont get in there too often. Thanks for any info you can give me. Have a Great weekend all! a Gossman I use Nioxin and have asked several hairdressers about the product for > preventing hair loss. Guest guest
Yes that sounds right, GNC Women's NourishHair, dietary supplement w/ Biotin, Silica, Boron and MSM. Dr. Hess recommends this calicum " Microcrystalline Hydroapatite " There are a couple brand names one is called Cal-apatite and the one I use is called Bone-up. Dr. Hess has us use Allergy A & D and a perscription Micro-K and potassium. I also take two Twinlab Daily One multi vitamins and a perscription Iron.
