Guest guest Posted May 31, 2005 Report Share Posted May 31, 2005 Hi Jodie, I feel great. I have been exercising my buns off. In Dec. it would take me about 1/2 hour to walk a mile. Now, I can walk/run over 3 1/4 miles in about 40 minutes. Plus I could hardly do 2 push ups or 10 sit ups. Now, I am doing 30 sit ups a day and 12 to 15 push ups a day. I am sorry to hear your mom is having a hard time. I vaguely remember it took my mom about 3 months before she was eating " normally " again. I hope she can adjust sooner rather than later.
