Dear Friends—

The East Coast Migrant Stream Forum is a regional conference

that is dedicated to improving health outcomes and health care delivery to

migrant and seasonal farmworkers and their families along the east coast.

The forum provides a venue for health care providers, outreach and front-line

staff that are employed by federally-funded Migrant and Community Health

Centers as well as state,

community/faith-based organizations that advocate for access to health care for

farmworkers.

This year’s program HIGHLIGHTS include:

England " diner " restaurants to the time when Portuguese,

Italian, French Canadian and other immigrant populations added their flavors

and traditional dishes to the local cuisine to birth an amazing new food

culture. ($30.00 fee not included in registration).

Open Mic/Jam Session—we

invite you to share your talent at Open Mic night! Bring your guitar

(or other instrument), provide music, lyrics or just join in the singing at

this old-fashioned JAM session! All conference attendees are

encouraged to participate.
