Crock pot chili??? Or roasts???

Does anyone have a good recipie or two that I can test drive my new crock pot

with??? I'd love to get great organic stew meat and come up with something

stew-like....or chili!!!

Also, any fabulous lentil recipies would be welcome. I'm experimenting with

ways to cook more for the week, so I'm ahead of myself! Thanks to all!!
