Freezing juice in ice cube trays was a great suggestion someone gave me early in this diet. We don't use juice fast enough so I always freeze a variety of juices in ice cube trays. It's very simple and easy to then add a "juice cube" to cold or warm water or any dish I'm cooking. I think I have pineapple, pear, grape, lemon, apple cider and tomato juice cubes all safely stored in little ziploc baggies in the door of my freezer right now. It's amazing how often I use them.

If you have a juicer, you can make your own. Fresh purple grape juice is awesome. I find that I don't need to dilute fresh juices like I did bottled. You could even concentrate it yourself, freeze it in ice cube trays and use it as needed diluting to your own liking.Misty> Welch's has been one of my favorite treats since starting SCD more then a year ago :-(> When the cap changed to purple, I too thought the taste was a bit different.> Holly> Crohn's> SCD 12/01/08

Yes, you have all that wonderful variety without overdoing any given

item! That's what I love!
