Guest guest Posted April 10, 2010 Report Share Posted April 10, 2010 one tip I find very handy is if possible to break or smash the bones. sometimes they have to boil/soakl awhile before they can do this, perhaps part way into your soup making time.Best, I think the best soups are after the meat has been roasted.
