I definitely get gas from digestive enzymes. I'm advanced on the diet but

just can't tolerate them; I've concluded my body probably doesn't need

them.

I take milk thistle every day -- need it for good liver function -- and it

doesn't bother me at all.

So I, at least, would concluded just the opposite of what you have.

I knocked off both the milk thistle and the SPS, but still have gas!! Augh!!

The good news is that my c seems to be gone, and after the single mucuos

incident a week ago, I'm trophying.
