Guest guest
I've been very happy with Honeyville's blanched almond flour and I just ordered another 5 lbs. I signed up for email coupons and got the sale info which I was going to post here but lo and behold someone beat me to it :-) I've never tried digestivewellness's flour so can't compare but Honeyville's flour makes great muffins and carrot bread. I haven't tried regular bread recipes or anything else. > > > Anyone else not satisfied with their almond flour? It still works fine in recipes, but we've gotten used to everything having the texture of corn bread. When I asked the same question on here several months ago everyone said that they were pleased with the Honeyville product and couldn't believe that mine wasn't super fine. You're the first one I've seen that has had the same question I had. I just started to think that everyone else had a different definition of " course " . It's interesting that on my last box it said " Fine Dice " , rather than " almond flour " . And that's about what it is - finely diced almonds rather than finely ground. Guest guest
The finest almond flour I have found is from Lucy's Kitchen Shop. Lucy's and Digestive Wellness sell the same brand of almond flour.
