Guest guest
I am considering taking ginger capsules for menstrual pain. I read in a magazine that taking 250 mg 4 times a day helps as well as ibuprofen. I'm willing to try it for the discomfort each month. Could this be a problem with SCD? I'll have to make sure the ginger is legal before I try it, of course. Sara

I have used ginger capsules to help with pain on occasion. But not everyone tolerates that much ginger in one whack. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund Babette the Foundling Beagle
